Returned at Fuji Kikaku at check-out
* Hours other than 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during Fuji planning business hours are negotiable

The capacity of each building is 6 people.
Please contact us in advance if you are using more people. than that.
* Only thick bed quilt and mattress can be added

We do not allow minors to stay alone without parental permission.
Please refrain from using this facility by anti-social groups and members of anti-social groups.
* (If this fact is found after making a reservation or during use, we will refuse to use it at that point.)

The following actions are strictly prohibited in our facility.
・Smoking outside of designated areas
・Noisy behavior, emission of foul odors, or other behavior that causes disgust or annoyance to third parties
・Gambling or acts that disturb public morals
・Using guest rooms for purposes other than accommodation, such as business activities (exhibitions, etc.) without the permission of the facility manager
・Acts that significantly change the current situation, such as moving or remodeling equipment in the guest room without the permission of the facility manager.
If you lose the key or tablet, you will be charged the full cost of the key exchange work.
Please be sure to contact us if you damage equipment inside or outside the building. A compensation fee may be charged.

Bringing in the following items is prohibited
・Stimulants, narcotics, etc., whose possession is prohibited by law
・Explosives and volatile oils that are easily ignitable or flammable, and chemicals that may harm the body
・Unauthorized firearms, swords, and similar items
・things that emit a bad smell
・Garbage and items that interfere with indoor hygiene
・Animals, birds, etc. (excluding guide dogs, etc.)
*For dogs only, we will guide you to a nearby pet hotel.

Using the parking lot
・The usage time is until the check-out time set by the facility.
・Please do not leave valuables or other items in your car in the parking lot. We are not responsible for loss or theft while parking.

Use of barbecue house
・Only charcoal and the built-in gas grill can be used in the barbecue house. Please be careful when handling fire.
・Equipped equipment, charcoal, firewood, etc. are free to use during your stay.
・Please take back all personal items, ingredients, seasonings, etc. brought in by the user when leaving. It cannot be reserved until the next time. We will dispose of leftover materials and garbage.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is only allowed inside the barbecue house.
