① 納戸は施錠がされていますが、緊急時には開けることができる様に扉の横に鍵を設置してありますので、その鍵で開錠してください。
② 納戸を開けて頂きますと右上に分電盤ＢＯＸがございます
③ 配電盤の蓋を開けてください
④ 各ブレーカーのスイッチがオンになっているかご確認ください
⑤ オフ（緑）になっている場合は、そのブレーカーをオン（赤）にしてください。
⑥ ブレーカーが落ちると給湯器や床暖房、２階の温水器ｘ２台の出力が止まってしまう場合がございます
⑦ 給湯器のリモコン、床暖房のリモコンの両方と２階洗面所の蛇口対応温水器のスイッチをご確認し電源の再投入を行ってください
● 各リモコンの入/切スイッチのランプが点滅している場合は電源が入っていない状態です
一度、そのスイッチを押して電源を切ってください
●２秒後にそのスイッチを押してオンにしてください
スイッチのランプが点灯に変われば運転復帰します。
給湯器のお湯が冷水に変わってしまった
２階の温水器の蛇口一つに対して一台でタンクがついており、タンクに貯めてお湯にするため、大量に温水をご利用になりますとタンクのお湯が無くなり給湯できない状態になります。
◎１温水器毎に温水の復帰には約1時間ほどかかります
ご理解の上、連続時間（出しっぱなし）のご利用はお控え頂きますようお願いいたします
※ なお、蛇口１つづつの温水タンクですので、片方が水になってしまっても片方が温水が使えます
火災報知器が作動した時の対処方法
火災報知器が作動した時は、火災か誤動作か確認を行ってください
火災発生の場合は直ちに消防署に連絡をしてください
誤動作の場合は、天井にある検知器の赤、または橙に点滅しているスイッチを押して検知器の警報を停止してください
水道・給湯器・床暖房の不具合の場合
給湯器・床暖、ブレーカー等の対処はブレーカの対処方法の手順方法をご確認ください
手順方法どおりに行っても復旧しない場合は、日中の８：３０～１７：００までは
管理事務所のふじ企画（株）の事務所にご連絡ください

② When you open the closet, there is a distribution board box on the upper side.
③ Open the cover of the switchboard.
④ Make sure that each breaker is turned on.
⑤ If the breaker is off (green), turn it on (red).
⑥ If the breaker trips, the output of the water heater, floor heating, and two water heaters on the second floor may stop.
⑦ Check the switches for both the water heater remote control and the floor heating remote control, and the water heater switch for the faucet in the 2nd floor washroom, and then turn the power back on.
● If the lamp on the on/off switch of each remote controller is blinking, the power is off.
Please turn off the power by pressing the switch once.
●Press the switch after 2 seconds to turn it on.
When the lamp on the switch turns on, operation resumes.
There is one tank for each faucet of the water heater on the second floor, and since hot water is stored in the tank and hot water is used, if a large amount of hot water is used, the hot water in the tank will run out and hot water will not be supplied. .
◎ It takes about 1 hour for each water heater to return to warm water.
With your understanding, please refrain from using it for a continuous time (leaving it on).
* In addition, since it is a hot water tank for each faucet, even if one is filled with water, one can use hot water.
How to act when the fire alarm is activated
When the fire alarm is activated, please check whether it is a fire or a malfunction.
In case of fire, please contact the fire department immediately
If it works by mistake, press the red or orange blinking switch on the detector on the ceiling to stop the detector alarm.
How to troubleshoot problems

Please check the procedure for how to deal with breakers for dealing with water heaters, floor heating, breakers, etc.
If the problem persists even after following the procedure, please contact the Fuji Kikaku Co., Ltd. office between 8:30 and 17:00.
